Week 3

Tactile Noise Maker | Part 1

TNM layout 2 - Failure: produced sound even without interaction, however holding touch-points and sliding fingers around modulated the frequency of sound in some interesting ways (kind of like moving your finger up and down on a guitar string)

TNM layout 3 - Success: responded to touch by making sound, however touching/tapping the capacitors while holding the touch-points allowed for more rhythmic production of sound. Strangely though, it may just be my amount of conductivity, the device responded much better to other people's touch over mine.

Week 2 | Upgrade Proposal

Project 1 | Wetware Upgrade

A God-defying series of Augmentations grafted onto the bones, integrated into the nervous system, with synthetic musculature.

The central augment resides along the base of the skull, within the cranial cavity, and attached to the brain. This part is called the Furcas System, and serves as a way to route data directly to the brain -primarily for accelerated learning- and monitors and directs any other augments. If desired, an upgrade can be added that allows the user to manipulate their perception of time at will, accelerating reflexes and response time. However, this can only be used for a short period of time due to its heavy consumption of energy.

The 'horns' are part of the Barbatos system, a complex array that heightens the users' perception of all sorts of environmental stimuli- emotion, chemicals, sound, etc. Barbatos also allows the projection of  a Heads-up-display. These can be modified to connect to satellite systems as a built-in gps.

And if a user desires to revoke their humanity and cast off the shackles of physical limits, the Astaroth series of augments consists of bone grafts and replacements to increase structural durability, synthetic muscles to compensate for this added weight and increase the users' physical capabilities, and organ enhancing systems or synthetic organ replacements.
